Dear Tenants,
I am very pleased to advise you that we have almost completed many of the amenities that we announced during the tenant barbecue on August 10, 2016. Here is an update:
1) Fitness Centre: The new fitness centre is now open for the exclusive use of all of our tenants and their employees, at 2249 Carling on the ground floor beside the elevators. To access the centre, you will need to swipe your Carling Corporate Centre Access Card. Should you have any questions about access, please contact Candice Timpson at candice@districtrealty.com. Please note that the fitness centre is open from 5:00am to midnight, and we encourage you to let your staff know about its hours of availability and new shower facilities.
2) Shared Boardroom and Meeting Facility: The new boardroom and meeting area is now open, on the second floor of 2255 Carling. Tenants have already been using this new amenity. The boardroom seats 10 comfortably and has a state of the art sound system, large screen TV, and access to the internet. 3) New Rear Entrance, 2255 Carling: We have completed renovations at the rear entrance of 2255 Carling, which means that tenants should inform their suppliers to use this entrance for deliveries, couriers, etc. Visitors are also welcome to use this back entrance, especially if they are being picked up or dropped off for an appointment.
4) Retail Awnings: During the next few days, you will notice that we are installing new awnings above all the retail space on the ground floor of both buildings. We are grateful to retail tenants for their cooperation in this regard.
5) Valet Parking: This will remind you that valet parking is available on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s from the attendant, located in the parking lot kiosk. This service is free for tenants and their guests.
